Is there a cancellation fee?

Yes, A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 12hrs before the appointed time for a procedure or 3hrs before a standard appointment. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient a missed appointment fee: $50 for procedures and $30 for standard appointments. Is there a Pathology nearby?

We have a pathology on site, and they are open from 9am-1pm, If you have a Medicare card, the costs of most pathology tests are bulk-billed.

How do I know if I need a 15 minute or 30-minute appointment?

30-minute appointments are ideal if you have multiple health issues or require more involved care. These include mental health discussions, annual check-ups and cervical screening tests.

15-minute appointments are best for treating more straightforward medical needs. Examples include repeat prescriptions, coughs and colds, and standard immunisations.

Can I get a repeat prescription without making an appointment?

This depends on several factors, including what the prescription is for and when you last saw your GP.

Please speak with our reception team to request a repeat prescription and they’ll pass your request onto your GP. They’ll also let you know approximately when your GP will respond.

How do I get my medical records from my previous GP clinic?

We can request your medical records from your previous clinic for you, if you just fill out a Request for Medical Records Transfer Form, which we can supply and send of for you.
